I have been an active martial-arts practitioner (Kickboxing, TaeKwon-Do,Boxing ) for 40 years both as a trainer as well as a competitor, teaching and training almost 10 to 14 hours daily.
Has been sending Malaysian Team for World Kickboxing Championships since 2002,has produced 24 World Champions till 2019.
Now Affiliated with World Kickboxing Union under President Klaus Nonnemacher of Germany.
